I need a healthy and quick-preparation drink during the weaning period from smoking and alcohol. Is there such a drink?

Berry drink with apple, pear, ginger, and lemon is highly recommended; easy to prepare, has a good taste, and has potent anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. Fresh, naturally squeezed juice may relieve symptoms of alcohol withdrawal. Nature-squeezed juice has many health benefits. The only drawback is the preparation time and cleanliness of the juicer.

Ingredients for a large glass of about 350 ccs:
One big apple or pear.
One to two packets of berries. (Blueberries, and all types of berries, can be mixed) A Strawberry - is not a berry.
