I was advised to try a Bach flower method. Do you recommend it for COPD?

It is worth emphasizing that the technique of Bach's flowers is intended primarily for relaxation. I estimate the possibility of recovering from COPD only through treating Bach flowers is unlikely for obstructive diseases such as COPD. At the same time, the treatment has no side effects and does not involve any risk.

The Bach flower method was developed in England by an English homeopathic doctor in the 1930s. I tried without success. The mechanism of action of Bach flowers is unclear. In my opinion, it is based (similar to homeopathy) on the placebo effect. At the same time, the treatment does not involve suffering, pain, or side effects.

The placebo effect is genuine but requires deep belief!
