Are there extraterrestrial civilizations in parallel universes?

The multiverse can be illustrated as an endless bubbling soup of Fibonacci egg-like bubbles. (Each representing a universe)

Aliens emphasize (validated by channeling through Ms. Sigalit Levy) that the cosmos contains infinite parallel universes connected by wormholes. There are extraterrestrial civilizations in parallel universes as well. 
It is essential to emphasize that time existed before the Big Bang and will exist forever. Evolved extraterrestrials can move from one universe to another through black holes. The picture changes dramatically at the physical and mathematical levels when performing operations on infinite numbers.
