What are the stages in which unresolved traumas can be released from the subconscious?

The effect of the subconscious on COPD patients is especially significant when it comes to young patients. (ages 30 and under)
There are two main steps in the process:

1 The first step is to locate the unresolved traumatic event (or events). It is important to emphasize that most people cannot perform self-psychoanalysis, especially in childhood events and the distant past. (Sometimes also events related to deceased relatives)

2 The second step is to release the traumatic events (on a mental level) to return to consciousness, where they are harmless, even if very painful! The release of the traumas does not involve forgetting.

Releasing traumatic events is a challenging process that sometimes takes a long time. It is difficult to recover from chronic diseases and addictions without the release of the traumas. It took me several years.

Recommended: The Subconscious is the bridge that connects the Mind to the Body, making it Spiritual.
