I was recommended to drink lemon juice on an empty stomach in the morning. Is this a suitable recommendation for COPD patients?

It is highly recommended for everyone, including COPD patients, to start their day before breakfast on an empty stomach, with lemon juice plus apple cider vinegar and olive oil. The operation requires minimal time and contributes significantly to your health.

Lemon is very acidic but acts as a chemical base in our bodies. It flushes the kidneys. In the morning, squeezing a whole lemon (possibly half) and adding lukewarm water (not cold) is recommended. Add a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and olive oil to and drink. Apple cider vinegar cleanses the liver, and with its effect, if you persist, it will be very noticeable. Add a tablespoon of olive oil immediately after drinking the lemon juice. It activates the gallbladder.
