I guess the dermatologist forbade you from overexposure to the sun and did not forbid moderate and controlled exposure. It is important to emphasize that skin cancer is usually not caused by sun exposure, as previously thought. The male hormone testosterone is a derivative of vitamin D. Controlled and moderate exposure (without the face and neck) can help immensely. The sun is a free resource. Dietary supplements are less effective. It would be best if you adopted a diet rich in vitamin D3 (oil-soluble) so that you will also receive increased protection against severe morbidity of the coronavirus.
