Medicine considers addictions a type of mental disorder, but the proportions of addictions are so extensive that this argument is invalid. I advise you not to get hurt by things; you should read the article in the attached link. Addiction to food and eating results from an unresolved trauma in your past, which resides in the subconscious. In such a situation, persuasion does not work!

At young ages like yours, significant overweight is most often the result of food and eating addiction. This phenomenon is common, especially in recent decades. I believe addictions are not brain disorders but a phenomenon of energy blockages in energy centers 4-5. (Love and communication)
