It is essential to emphasize that superfoods are not miracle drugs and are effective only through natural foods and not through additives, which are sometimes not absorbed. The benefits of superfoods are only expressed with a healthy anti-inflammatory diet and lifestyle! Recovery from chronic diseases requires dietary and lifestyle changes.
