Is investing in theoretical experiments related to the philosophy of medicine uneconomical?

Investing in the theoretical sides of medicine is critical to our health and economics. Without philosophy and theory, medicine wastes precious resources. Physics deals with theoretical science regularly. Without the investment, in theory, we would not have electricity in our homes today. I have proposed a large number of theoretical experiments with practical implementations. The problem is that pharmaceutical and food companies are not interested in funding theoretical trials. The philosophy of medicine is not part of medicine but a branch of philosophy.
