Does the sequence and composition of eating matter? (The answer is -YES)

The composition of the foods and drinks we eat, our eating habits, and the timing of food consumption have much to do with nutritional values. It is essential to know that not all calories are the same!

Here is a short collection of essential rules in the context of nutritional habits:
Dietary fiber (available only in plant foods), probiotic bacteria, natural oils, and fats are essential for digestion.
Moist food is easy to digest, mainly if it contains natural fat.
Add natural sauces to starchy foods and carbohydrates. The sauces are excellent emulsifiers that aid in digestion.
Do not mix starches, meat, and dairy products in large quantities because both have an acidic reaction in the intestines.
It is recommended that people eat easily digestible food. Hard and dry foods, as well as smoked foods, are not recommended.
Eat comfortably while sitting, not standing. Chew well. Unchewed food is hard to digest.
The food should contain all the nutrients! Do not give up carbohydrates and starches. It's hard to feel full without them.
It is not recommended to eat late at night. The immune system needs all the body's resources, so digestion must stop.
