There are hundreds of different diets, each somewhat different from one another. That can be confusing; at least it was for me.
All diets can be described by positioning on the appropriate axis. (All diets can be described using triangles in 3D.)
- Those that forbid eating one or more of the primary macronutrients or ingredients.
- A vegan diet VS a diet rich in animal protein. (And those in-between.)
- Raw vs. cooked food.
Non-genetically modified organic, unprocessed food is not a separate axis. (Not controversial.)
