Calculators online give an estimate of the recommended daily caloric intake. Calculators consider weight, height, age, and gender. It is essential to know that the numerical result is no more than a "Rule of thumb" because not all calories are the same. Significant differences exist in whether the food is processed, industrialized, or natural. The hours we eat have additional meaning. At night, the calories are worth more! Think of a relatively small deviation of 5% and translate it into weight; you will see that the gaps are enormous over time. Therefore, I recommend only natural, unprocessed foods in the proper compositions and during the day.
