I read recommendations for moderation in consuming milk and dairy products in cancer patients. But the explanation is not clear to me.

Cancer patients must follow a natural anti-inflammatory diet, no cow's milk products, and no highly concentrated protein (such as yellow cheeses) because it burdens the liver and kidneys. Goat milk (or sheep) yogurt is a better substitute. (in measured quantity)

The recommendations are to reduce cow's milk and dairy products significantly and switch to moderate amounts of sheep's milk (goats and sheep). The explanation is that cow's milk is high in protein, several times higher than that required for humans. (An adult cow weighs about 600 kg, about ten times more than the average woman.) Cow's milk is meant to feed calves and not humans. Yellow cheeses are even more concentrated and are especially difficult to digest. Highly concentrated protein is not essential for humans; it is tough to digest and very acidic for the intestines. The imbalance of the intestinal flora is very burdensome on the immune system.
